Xianxia Xi Lu at Jianhe Lu is the intersection.  Also near Hami Lu.

Ice is Tuesday and Thursday night at 9:30pm until 11 or 11:30pm and costs 80RMB

If enough players show up another evening can be started up.  Please ask for Hu Xu or Corey when you arrive (Hu Xu doesn't speak English) and failing that just introduce yourself!
